THE EXPATRIATE CENTER （TEC） is a key program of Shanghai Family Life Services Center - the first ever NPO supported by the Shanghai municipal government to help expatriates Build A Home Away From Home. An updated version of a traditional community center, TEC is a one-stop service platform that caters to the needs of expatriates and Chinese returnees in the areas of Living, Working and Family, providing unique services to help them understand, cope, adapt and thrive in Shanghai.
